• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting
• Sourcing experience is must
• 2 years of experience in recruiting
• Campus recruiting experience and agency experience tends to perform well
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

• 2 years of experience in human resources
• 3 years of client consulting experience

• Full life-cycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment process
• Partner with hiring managers and business group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
• Source stellar candidates through search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques
• Track high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision
• Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects
