As a Senior Manager of Executive Recruiting for Tech, you are a strategic partner and full-lifecycle advisor to our technology business leaders. * *** A successful senior manager recruiter on the executive tech team is a trusted talent advisors and strategic influencer. You will lead all aspects of the tech executive search lifecycle (VP to EVP), leveraging deep marketplace intelligence to design and deliver holistic executive hiring strategies. In this highly visible role, you will act as the bridge between our specialized Research team and our most senior business leaders—partnering cross-functionally with HRBPs, Compensation, and Chiefs of Staff to deliver a world-class candidate and client experience.
