Job Title: HR Sourcer
Location: Richmond, VA or McLean, VA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $35 - $40/HR (W2 Only)
Job/Role Description- This role helps support our client’s Students & Grads Talent Acquisition team in attracting, engaging, and retaining great talent passionate about changing banking for good.
- This position will manage full life‑cycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment and selection process.
- This position will provide a best‑in‑class experience for candidates and hiring teams while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers, business group leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Work cross‑functionally across a team of high‑performing recruiters to support strategic initiatives and hiring plans.
- Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
- Source stellar candidates by looking beyond direct applications and utilizing search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent in the market.
- Build relationships with high‑volume candidates, understand their interests and passions, and direct them to the right roles or opportunities.
- Track high‑volume candidate data in real‑time with precision, strong organization, and attention to detail.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc recruitment projects that enhance the overall recruiting experience and process efficiency.
- Stay abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to enable best‑in‑class recruitment practices.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or 1 year of experience in human resources or 1 year of experience in client consulting (or a combination of the three)
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting a plus
- 2+ years of experience in human resources a plus
- 3+ years of client consulting experience a plus
- Campus recruiting experience preferred
- Previous agency experience preferred
- Experience working in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment
- Highly self‑motivated and directed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high‑volume workflows
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
