Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork, background checks, orientation sessions, and training schedules.
  • Conduct or assist with new hire orientation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. File appropriately.
  • Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments, including annual compliance training and Education Assistance Program.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, directing them to the appropriate HR personnel or service department.
  • Support the resolution of minor employee relations issues under the guidance of HR managers.
  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and ensure timely processing of benefit-related documentation.
  • Support the HR department with the Annual Open Enrollment process.
  • Assist in the performance management process, including the coordination of performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.
Requirements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products and SharePoint.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic HR environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
