Lisa is currently responsible for managing our talent acquisition and human resources functions. Prior to joining Cleared Solutions, she worked for two staffing firms as Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, and Recruiting Trainer. Her focus was the placement of IT professionals with both Government and Commercial clients throughout the United States. As an integral part of a recruiting training team, she participated in all aspects of preparing and equipping new recruiters working in Virginia, Maryland, Atlanta, and Chicago.
Lisa was instrumental in helping one staffing firm achieve #19 on the INC. 500 list. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Tech.
