Job Summary
Recruiting Specialist – Mid Level. You will play a vital role in sourcing and recruiting top technical talent for Booz Allen Hamilton, providing direct connections between candidates and the company’s mission-critical work. You will work with internal clients to educate on market trends, guide compensation and hiring decisions, and execute tactical hiring strategies.
Responsibilities- Source and assess high-demand candidates for technical positions.
- Provide guidance on compensation and hiring decisions to internal clients.
- Create and implement tactical plans to execute hiring strategies.
- Develop recruitment activities for external applicants.
- Maintain contacts with various employment sources to meet staffing requirements.
- Coordinate staff planning activities and interview managers to determine hiring needs.
- Provide leadership and support to junior recruiting staff as needed.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, including sourcing and assessing high-demand candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, OFCCP, and EEO compliance.
- Strong client‑service skills and ability to provide consistent, high‑quality service across multiple business units.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Recruiting cleared candidates and experience in a DoD environment.
- Ability to produce results in a rapidly changing and fast‑paced environment.
- Independent judgment and prioritization skills.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Projected salary range: $55,200.00 – $ (annualized USD). Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible for the full benefit package.
