This Senior Associate role plays a critical part in keeping all members of the Risk & Audit HR Consulting team informed of partner strategies, the annual calendar, and process elements for day‑to‑day activities. You will share best practices from other Lines of Business, collaborate with horizontal and client‑facing HRBPs, and partner with other teams. The role is responsible for assisting teammates on miscellaneous reporting and coordination to enable effective team operation.

• Interact with partner groups, stakeholders, and HR Business Partners to keep all informed, well‑managed, and consistent in their processes.

• Collect, analyze, and report data, and identify process improvements.

• Coordinate projects or processes and monitor activity, including audits.

• Assist with deck building, communications, and answer stakeholder questions regarding processes or systems.

• Support cyclical HR processes, such as performance and talent management cycles, by tracking timelines and facilitating communications.

• Partner with specialized HR teams (Recruiting, Compensation, Learning & Development) to support implementation of talent strategies and provide a smooth associate experience.

• Gather and analyze data to identify trends and support informed talent‑strategy decisions.

• Maintain clear communication and effective working relationships with business leaders and partner groups to ensure HR initiatives are well‑coordinated and aligned with organizational needs.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

• At least one year of experience in Human Resources.

• At least one year of experience in Project Management or Process Management.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification.

• Two or more years of experience in Human Resources.

• Two or more years of experience in Project or Process Management.

McLean, VA: $96,500 – $110,100 for Senior Associate, HR Business Partner
Richmond, VA: $87,700 – $100,100 for Senior Associate, HR Business Partner

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives may be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
