Senior Associate – an integral member of the Risk & Audit HR Consulting team, driving alignment between partner strategies, calendar, and process execution to support business and HR initiatives.
Responsibilities- Interacting with partner groups, stakeholders, and HR Business Partners to keep all informed, well‑managed, and consistent in their processes.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to drive process improvements.
- Coordinating projects and monitoring activity/audits to ensure timely delivery.
- Deck building, communications, and answering stakeholder questions regarding processes or systems.
- Supporting cyclical HR processes such as performance, talent management, and organizational surveys by tracking timelines and facilitating communications.
- Partnering with specialized HR teams (Recruiting, Compensation, Learning & Development) to support talent strategy implementation.
- Gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and support informed talent strategy decisions.
- Maintaining clear communication and effective relationships with business leaders and partner groups to ensure HR initiatives are coordinated and aligned with organizational needs.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or in Process Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- 2+ years of experience in Project or Process Management.
Salary – Minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries are location dependent. For example, McLean, VA: $96,500 – $110,100;
Richmond, VA: $87,700 – $100,100. This role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
