Techno Mile is seeking a People Operations Manager to build the operational backbone of a fast-growing, two-country people function (US-India). You’ll own HRIS, compensation, onboarding, payroll, and compliance, and you’ll implement AI-powered workflow improvements across the org.
You will manage India-based HR leadership, guide platform migrations, and shape scalable processes as the company scales, including through acquisitions. This is a player/coach role with real ownership from day one.
