Recruiting Specialist

As a recruiting specialist, you will play a vital role in sourcing and recruiting technical and consulting talent. You will make direct, meaningful connections with candidates and help them achieve their career aspirations. As part of a robust Talent Acquisition team, you will develop activities related to the recruitment of external applicants and maintain contacts with various employment sources to meet organizational staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outreach and engage with external prospects using provided tools.
Conduct phone screens with prospective candidates.
Document activity in the provided tools.
Work with full lifecycle recruiters to schedule interviews.
Track submittals, interviews, offers, and hires.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience with recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high-demand candidates.
2+ years of experience recruiting in IT.
Experience with applicant tracking systems.
Ability to provide consistent and high-quality service across multiple business units.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
HS diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a professional services environment.
Ability to produce expected results in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.
Ability to exercise independent judgment to decide on appropriate priorities and procedures.
Possession of analytical skills to solve problems of a sensitive nature.
Possession of verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Workday or Avature.
Bachelor's degree.
