Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team in McLean, VA. This full-time hybrid role requires on-site attendance in McLean every Wednesday and experience sourcing IT and cybersecurity candidates for federal government contracts.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS (prefer Smart Recruiters), and strong sourcing skills. The salary range is $55,000–$60,000 with standard benefits.
