HR Coordinator - Inter - Logistics - McLean

LHH is looking for an HR Coordinator for a long-term contract assignment in McLean, VA. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.

• Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including arranging logistics with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining clear and timely communication
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate documentation within the HRIS or applicant tracking system
• Support recruiting and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
