* hybrid with physical attendance onsite 3 days per week (choice of days among Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in either McLean, VA or Richmond, VA Our client seeks Director+ level tech sourcing recruiters who will shift from transactional resume screening to proactive talent intelligence. You will map competitive landscapes, engage passive leadership-caliber talent, and build pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill roles, including AI and ML profiles.

This role starts with a sourcing focus and may progress toward full lifecycle recruiting over time. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr.

• Architect competitive talent maps, identify target companies, and uncover talent pools beyond common platforms.
• Pivot across multiple technology job families and lines of business as priorities evolve.
• Engage and assess passive candidates up to Director+ level, with primary focus on Manager-level talent.
• Source and engage specialized AI and ML engineering and research talent.

• Strong sourcing experience using advanced Boolean and research strategies beyond job boards.
• Background supporting multiple core tech profiles with flexibility.
• Experience shifting capacity across different lines of business.
• Assessment capability for leadership-level candidates up to Director+.
• Proven talent mapping and expansive sourcing for niche skill sets.
• 4+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with willingness to focus on sourcing.
