The candidate will ensure schedule integrity, track progress, monitor variances, and support reporting for leadership and governance bodies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Drive execution of project deliverables across multiple work streams (e.g., CLM, S2P, Finance). Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Facilitate status meetings, prepare executive-level reporting, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with Deployment SMEs, Business Process Leads, and Change Management teams to align system configurations and process decisions.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate integration activities across platforms (Infor, Icertis, Costpoint). Support organizational change management and end-user adoption through training and communications. Ensure quality assurance and adherence to governance frameworks. Identify and escalate critical issues promptly to leadership for resolution. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.

  • Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Project and JIRA.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, WBS structure, critical path method (CPM), and dependency logic.
  • Ability to review technical plans, translate them into schedule components, and validate accuracy with SMEs.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle, Workday, IFS) under a hybrid waterfall and agile SDLC methodology.
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple concurrent work streams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in federal contracting or professional services environments.
  • Experience supporting Program Managers, Engineers, Developers, Testers, and PMOs.
  • PMI-SP, PMP, or equivalent project management certification a plus.
