Performance Testing Support Analyst; Systems Analyst

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated stress, load, and volume test scripts using Client Load Runner, UFT, and Win Runner.
• Perform performance and regression testing for SAP ECC, BI, PRISM, and RISE/HANA releases to validate system scalability and reliability.
• Create automated functional and integration test cases supporting major software releases and upgrades.
• Build and maintain test data frameworks to simulate real-world business process volumes.
• Conduct analysis on system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Develop testing schedules, track milestones, and report progress to project management and technical teams.
• Collaborate closely with SAP BASIS, functional, and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in test environments.
• Support ongoing stress and volume testing on-demand for production performance issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for test scenarios, scripts, and validation results.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Experience:
  
  6 years in performance testing, automation, and quality assurance.
Hands‑on expertise in Client Load Runner and UFT for SAP performance validation.
• Experience developing automated scripts and analyzing SAP transaction performance.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC, BI, and RISE/HANA architecture.
• Knowledge of performance benchmarking, test data creation, and end‑to‑end business process testing.
• Familiarity with PRISM software preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working with DOI.
• Ability to provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for release readiness.
