Senior Account Executive: US Army. Salesforce is launching Missionforce, a pivotal new chapter, and we are seeking a top sales professional to lead the charge. This is more than a sales role; it is an opportunity to be a founding architect of digital transformation within the US Army by modernizing how they operate and how they leverage data to improve readiness and operations.
You will be a Senior Account Executive who combines a hunter mentality with the strategic poise of a trusted advisor. If you seek a role with high visibility, uncapped potential, and a tangible impact on the DoD mission, this is it.
Your MissionAs a key player in the Missionforce launch, you will own a strategic territory within the US Army. You will move beyond transactional selling to build enduring partnerships and deliver the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform to solve the Army’s most complex challenges.
- Spearhead New Growth:
Identify and capture greenfield opportunities, introducing cloud and AI solutions to untouched areas of the Army enterprise. - Orchestrate the Win:
Lead a cross-functional team including solution engineers, product specialists, and customer success managers to execute complex, high-value deal cycles. - Be a Trusted Advisor:
Deeply understand customer challenges and position Salesforce as a strategic partner solving pain points in logistics, personnel, readiness, and finance. - Drive the Ecosystem:
Leverage the Salesforce ecosystem to nurture relationships and drive expansion revenue.
- Exceeding Targets: A track record of not just hitting quota but exceeding it in a high-performance environment.
- Strategic Vision:
Ability to understand DoD acquisition dynamics and navigate contract pathways. - Mission Alignment:
Genuine passion for the US Army’s success and understanding of military culture.
- Proven Sales Excellence:
Experience in complex enterprise software sales with a track record of closing large deals. - DoD/Army Expertise:
Experience navigating the DoD landscape and understanding defense sector processes. - Challenger Mindset:
