• You will support various client projects simultaneously.
• You will collaborate with clients to collect specific business requirements.
• You will document and communicate those requirements to our offshore development team.
• You will assist a manager and senior manager with managing the overall project, managing engagement economics, creating status reports and deliverables.
• You will see all projects through all phases, including build, test, and deployment.
• You will be expected to be technical enough in the Microsoft tools to troubleshoot issues real‑time, to communicate capabilities and limitations of the tools, and to connect the capabilities of the tools to the client’s requirements.
• Continuous learning, cross‑team collaboration, and high focus on quality and commercial value are core expectations.

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Approved technical certification, CPA license or membership to a state Bar.
• Experience with Microsoft technology and its use in business processes.
• Excellent business writing, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and entrepreneurial approach.
• Organizational and time‑management skills; ability to handle multiple projects.
• Hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and delivering Microsoft‑based solutions, including SharePoint configuration and administration.
• Monitoring project status, economics, and participation in Agile development activities.
• Cooperative work with offshore resources and clear communication with clients.
• Relationship building internally and externally; profitable delivery of projects and value communication.

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
• Azure SQL Server and Microsoft AI solutions.
• Large multidisciplinary tax transformation projects.
• Tax function, transformation, and automation experience.
• Product development and product testing or training leadership.
• Change management support for product adoption.

• Competitive base salary range: $102,500–$187,900 (US national). New York City, Washington, and California range $122,900–$213,400.
