Overview
Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect for a Contract with a client in McLean, VA
. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and data modeling while leading end-to-end architecture and driving technical delivery.
Rate Range: $90/hour to $98/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Develop technical designs, proofs of concepts, and solution frameworks that validate architecture decisions and ensure scalable, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align Salesforce solutions with strategic objectives, security standards, and performance best practices.
- Oversee integration architecture using APIs, OAuth, SSO, and middleware tools such as Mule Soft and AWS services.
- Guide development teams through coding best practices in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and manage code quality through CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, or Git.
- Participate in technical governance, including Technical Review Board meetings, to review, approve, and validate designs and development approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Salesforce development, technical design, and enterprise‑level architecture experience.
- Deep expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, API integrations, data modeling, and enterprise middleware platforms (e.g., Mule Soft, AWS).

Pay Details: $90.00 to $98.00 per hour
