Role OverviewEigen X Federal is seeking a Salesforce Delivery Lead to support DHS programs by leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations and sustainment efforts. This role blends technical delivery leadership, agile program execution, and stakeholder engagement across complex federal environments. The Delivery Lead is accountable for successful outcomes across scope, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.
You will serve as the primary delivery authority, working closely with DHS product owners, Eigen X technical teams, and partner stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and high-impact Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities Delivery & Program Leadership- Lead Salesforce implementation and sustainment initiatives for DHS programs from inception through delivery and operations
- Own delivery planning, execution, and reporting across multiple work streams or releases
- Ensure delivery aligns with DHS mission objectives, contract requirements, and Eigen X delivery standards
- Lead agile delivery teams (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid federal Agile models) including Salesforce Developers, Architects, BAs, and QA
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives in partnership with Product Owners
- Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for DHS stakeholders
- Translate mission and policy requirements into executable Salesforce delivery plans
- Communicate delivery status, risks, and outcomes to government leadership and Eigen X executives
- Provide delivery oversight for Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom integrations
- Partner with Salesforce Architects to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant system design
- Ensure adherence to federal security, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, Section 508)
- Ensure delivery artifacts meet federal documentation and audit standards
- Track and manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality metrics
- Support contract performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- 8+ years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce delivery leadership
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in federal environments, preferably supporting DHS or other civilian agencies
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery in government contexts
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholders
- Experience with federal security and compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or Architect-level certifications)
- Prior experience with DHS components (e.g., USCIS, CBP, FEMA, ICE, TSA)
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce refactoring or modernization efforts
- PMP, SAFe Agilist, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Experience supporting public sector Salesforce implementations (Salesforce Public Sector Solutions a plus)
