• Lead teams through the complete life cycle of solution development and delivery
• Provide Agile Project Management support and serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams
• Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog and create release schedules
• Establish technical practices and release management standards aligned with customer processes
• Develop assets such as system maps and diagrams to improve project outcomes

• Authorized to work for any U.S. employer and ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
• Minimum of 4 years managing IT projects using Agile methodologies
• 4+ years of experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in a Business Analyst role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• PMP or PMI CAPM certification preferred
• Certified Scrum Master designation
