• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, prototyping, and design systems.
• Design for credit unions, banks, or fintechs with a strong understanding of digital banking workflows.
• Design responsive websites and native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Design user journeys for Online/mobile banking, account onboarding, loan, credit card applications, payments, transfers, bill pay, and digital servicing flows.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.x and ADA compliance for U.S. digital experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Create personas, user flows, information architecture (IA), journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Apply design methodologies (Design Thinking, User-Centered Design, Double Diamond).
• Understand regulatory considerations, disclosures, fraud prevention, and clarity in financial UI.
• Maintain and scale design systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong Figma expertise and a deep understanding of designing secure, compliant, and user-friendly financial services experiences. This role will work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Compliance teams to drive seamless digital member journeys.
