The Technical Lead will serve as the primary technical authority for a classified program, overseeing the design, development, integration, and delivery of mission-critical systems and solutions. The Tech Lead ensures technical excellence, alignment with customer requirements, and compliance with all security and program constraints. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on technical expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly secure, fast‑paced environment.

• At least three (3) years of specialized experience in Federal Government enterprise system management
• Experience in complete engineering project development life cycle
• Experience explaining complex problems in the simplest possible terms
• Experience designing and integrating multiple systems, services and applications
• Experience and knowledge of various architecture patterns such as microservices
• Experience with designing and implementing cloud-based solutions
• Experience architecting solutions for Salesforce and Service Now
• Experience in developing/supporting complex technical solutions.
• Must have TS/SCI w/FSP Day 1
• "Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients in the workplace, subject to business needs. This role is designated as fully on‑site and requires physical presence in the workplace five (5) days per week."

• Advanced degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
• Experience designing and implementing multi‑cloud solutions
• Experience with emerging technologies
