As a Test Engineer on our team, you'll have the chance to shape the DoD customer mission by integrating and testing new technology solutions in mission systems. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also help evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you will broaden your skill set into areas such as new system development and new technology evaluation.

Grow your skills by merging your technical expertise and new technology to create mission-critical products and services and create future mission solutions for the DoD and national security. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to quickly react and adapt to a rapidly changing environment due to changes in system requirements, emerging technologies, and end-user requests
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Summer 2027

• Experience working independently or as part of a larger team to accomplish a single goal
• Experience as an entrepreneur or product manager
• Experience with design, including user interfaces
• Ability to quickly learn and immediately apply new techniques and procedures recommended by more experienced staff and team leadership
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
