The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Data Modeler to help architect and optimize data structures that power complex financial systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and data, translating requirements into scalable, high‑performing models that enable advanced analytics and informed decision‑making.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, working hands‑on with modern data technologies to ensure data is structured, accessible, and impactful.

You have strong experience in data modeling within financial services environments and are confident working with both structured and semi‑structured data. You bring advanced SQL expertise and hands‑on experience with Snowflake, enabling you to design and optimize data models that support complex analytical needs.

You are comfortable translating business requirements into scalable data solutions and have a solid understanding of data integration and ETL processes. You communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and you are detail‑oriented, analytical, and take ownership of your work in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines supporting structured and design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise‑scale systems
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data structures
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for analytics and reporting
• Build and manage data models within Snowflake environments
• Implement JSON‑based modeling for semi‑structured data
• Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to align data solutions with business goals

• Strong experience in data modeling within financial services environments
• Advanced SQL expertise
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake
• Experience with JSON and semi‑structured data modeling
• Understanding of data integration and ETL processes
• Strong communication skills across technical and business teams

• Experience with mortgage or housing finance data (especially multi‑family)
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
• Exposure to additional cloud data platforms
• Experience in consulting or client‑facing roles
