Position: Practice Leads / Account Vice Presidents – Federal Growth

Role Overview

As a Practice Lead / Account VP
, you will own end-to-end business growth within your domain:

  • Build and maintain a qualified, executable pipeline
  • Convert pipeline into measurable revenue
  • Establish trusted relationships with federal stakeholders & partners
  • Shape opportunities early (pre-RFP stage)
  • Develop and execute winning capture strategies
  • Define win themes, teaming strategies, and pricing approach
  • Drive organic growth and account expansion

This role requires someone comfortable in:

  • Capture war rooms
