About The Role

Peraton is seeking highly qualified candidates to fill multiple positions for the upcoming Air Force (AF) Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations pursuit. Positions are located at various locations CONUS and OCONUS.

Peraton will support the Organizing, Training, and Equipping (OT&E) ISR Airmen to fight in and from multiple domains to deliver decision advantage to all Air Force Operations, as well as satisfy mission and readiness requirements as the AF's lead ISR provider. By helping ACC maintain combat‑ready forces for rapid deployment and employment, Peraton enables coordination with Service Component Commands, the Joint Force, and the Intelligence Community to support decision makers and warfighters.

• Clearance may vary from TS/SCI up to TS/SCI with Polygraph depending on the position.
• Education and years of experience requirements are based on the labor category leveling.
• Certification requirements vary based on skillset (e.g., DOD 8140 compliance, computing certification for IT positions).
• Some positions may require TDY travel, shift work, and/or an ability to work a non‑standard work schedule to support the client’s mission.

Target Salary Range: $112,000 – $179,000. This range reflects typical compensation based on scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, geographic location, and contract considerations. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
