As a Lead Dev Ops Engineer, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Dev Ops team reporting to the Director of Pipeline and Platform Engineering, you will support projects at the forefront of hospitality technology progress.
Responsibilities- Architect next-generation cloud platforms and automation solutions.
- Devise and evolve code-driven automation strategies that ensure environment consistency across development, testing, and production.
- Build long-term automation solutions using scripting and programming (Groovy, Shell, Python, Terraform, or Java/JavaScript).
- Provide technical leadership and implementation guidance for UI, APIs, and microservices.
- Work with development teams to guide best practices, design patterns, and operational standards.
- Understand new architectural concepts and recommend improvements from an infrastructure and security perspective.
- Support reliability engineering efforts and participate in on-call rotations for mission-critical and revenue-impacting cloud services.
- Design and implement enterprise Dev Ops architectures, reference patterns, and tooling strategies.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD tools and pipelines across the organization (Git Lab preferred).
- Enable seamless, secure, and available software builds and deployments across Agile teams.
- Configure, tune, deploy, and operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS preferred).
- Maintain containerized applications with Docker or similar technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience in Technology or a related field.
- Four (4) years with CI tools such as Git Lab (preferred), or Bamboo.
- Four (4) years architecting and developing automation to support Continuous Delivery.
- Three (3) years administering Kubernetes.
- Three (3) years on AWS cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting/programming in Bash.
- Experience supporting reliability efforts, on-call rotations.
- Travel up to 10%.
- Bachelor s degree OR Associate s + 6 years tech experience OR HS/GED + 12 years tech experience.
- Seven (7)+ years of technology experience.
- Five (5) years of CI tool experience (Git Lab or Bamboo), Cloud and Kubernetes platforms.
- One (1) year of management experience
- Scripting experience in Python or Terraform

The pay range for this role is $90,000 – $145,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
