PCD​/TOC Security Systems Application Specialist; System Administrator - Tysons, VA

We are seeking a PCD/TOC Security Systems Application Specialist (Systems Administrator
1) to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit.

• Program various technology application systems by adding devices and configuring for operation.
• Provide System Support to the Integrators/LSPs in the field during deployment.
• Provide commissioning/testing support at the software level for the field teams.
• Monitor operational systems for errors and alerts.
• Troubleshoot various technologies related to access control, video, and building management systems.
• Document daily functions and the troubleshooting process to create and revise playbooks.

• Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years of experience or
• Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience or
• High school diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience

• Experience programming access control systems, specifically Software House CCure 9000
• Experience programming video management systems, specifically Genetec
• Must possess security application experience in one or more of the following application systems: access control, video, or building management
• Must possess basic knowledge of IP network configuration

• Possess strong oral, technical writing, and presentation skills
• Possess the ability to build productive relationships with team members, clients and other network/system stakeholders

• Must possess the ability to balance high quality standards with schedule pressures and a demanding environment
• Must be a resourceful self-starter, flexible, proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-oriented
