Job Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will manage, optimize, and scale our Salesforce environment to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role focuses heavily on report and dashboard creation, data hygiene, and user support, ensuring Salesforce is accurate, reliable, and aligned with key business goals such as pipeline growth, retention rate, and success metrics.

How You'll Make an Impact Salesforce Management & Configuration
  • Maintain and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Support integrations with third‑party tools (e.g., marketing automation, CPQ, support platforms).
  • Align marketing metrics/targets to pipeline and new revenue growth.
  • Integrate Salesforce with Marketo and Linked In for marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Integrate Salesforce with contract and workflow management solutions (Cobblestone, Contract Works, Zip, etc.).
Reporting & Analytics
  • Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards for Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable data deliverables.
  • Monitor data trends and surface insights to drive forecasting, pipeline management, and business decisions.
Data Quality & Hygiene
  • Implement and enforce data standards, audits, and best practices to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Run regular data cleansing activities, including deduplication, enrichment, and validation.
  • Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and lead remediation efforts across teams.
Process Optimization
  • Map, document, and improve CRM‑related business processes.
  • Recommend enhancements to workflows, automation, and system configuration to increase efficiency.
  • Support new feature rollouts and Salesforce releases.
User Support & Training
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for CRM best practices.
Governance & Compliance
  • Maintain system documentation, process standards, and configuration logs.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy requirements.
How You'll Strengthen Our Team Required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud fundamentals.
  • Strong skills in report building, dashboard creation, and data management.
  • Experience with data tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, deduplication tools).
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM
    201) certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, or Apex fundamentals.
  • Exposure to CPQ, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, or Service Cloud.
  • Experience in a high‑growth, data‑driven environment.
