About the Team / Role:
Global Enterprise Affairs (GEA) sits at the intersection of business strategy and community impact, driving data-backed decisions. GEA leads initiatives that expand access to capital, support small businesses, invest in affordable housing, and strengthen financial well-being across the communities we serve. This work spans partnerships with nonprofits, policymakers, regulators, and community organizations, and is grounded in measurable outcomes across lending, philanthropy, and community development.
The Enablement & Innovation team builds the technology and data ecosystem that powers this work, transforming how data is captured, connected, and translated into insights and storytelling at scale.
As a Senior Associate Product Manager, you will help build next-generation data and AI-powered products that transform how GEA teams access insights and generate narratives. You will design intuitive, self-service experiences that enable users to explore, query, and synthesize both structured and unstructured data into decision-ready outputs, moving beyond traditional dashboards to more dynamic, user-driven interaction models.
You will help define how Capital One leverages data and technology to understand and communicate its community impact, powering critical enterprise storytelling, improving decision-making, and enabling scalable, trusted insights across Global Enterprise Affairs.

Basic Qualifications:
At least 1 years of experience working in Product Management
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900 for Sr. Associate, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary…
