Your role and responsibilities

• Designing enterprise level n tier service oriented applications (10+ years)

• System design with open architecture, incorporating modularity, to consolidate one or more sub-systems into one system in a secure cloud environment with consolidated and streamlined functionality

• Building high-quality technological solution and architecture models

• Providing technical assistance to support the development teams

• Acquiring a working knowledge of new technologies and third-party applications

• Writing design, sizing, and operation documentation

• Experience with Dev Sec Ops  (5+ years)

• Understanding of GenAI related code quality tools

• Experience with Microservices and application containerization (7+ years)

• Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle

• Excellent communications skills.

• AWS certified

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)

• Good communication skills verbally and in writing and has ability to interface with the customer

• Experience with hybrid multi-cloud target architecture and operating model

• CompTIA Sec+ certification

Required technical and professional expertise

• Must possess at time of hire and have the ability to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance

• Cloud Architecture Design:
Experience with designing and planning cloud application and infrastructure architectures that meet security and compliance requirements, including connecting private and public clouds and providing orchestration, management, and application portability between them.

• Solution Strategy Development:
Experience in creating and owning complex solution strategies and designs, delivering value-added architecture consulting to global clients and identifying repeatable patterns and architectures for cloud migration.

• Technical Team

Collaboration:

Experience working with highly technical teams, including client development, infrastructure, security, and IT operations teams, to define and execute technical adoption and migration strategies.

• Technical Solution Delivery:
Experience in developing technical solutions to achieve client objectives in complex situations, leveraging expertise in cloud application and infrastructure architectures.

• Architecture Adoption Planning:
Experience with defining and executing technical adoption and migration strategies, identifying opportunities for repeatable patterns and architectures for cloud migration.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Cloud Security Knowledge:
Experience with cloud security and compliance requirements, including data encryption, access controls, and threat management.

• Public Cloud Expertise:
Experience with public cloud platforms, including architecture design, deployment, and management.

• IT Service Management:
Experience with IT service management frameworks, including ITIL, and their application in cloud migration and adoption strategies.
