This organization operates at the intersection of:

• RF-based detection and defense systems
• National security and defense applications
• Advanced field-deployed hardware/software platforms

• Lead technical training sessions (onsite & virtual) for customers and partners
• Serve as the primary product expert for RF-based C-UAS systems
• Support field deployments, installations, and system integration
• Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for advanced technical issues
• Manage and support third-party service partners and integrators
• Conduct site surveys and optimize systems for complex RF environments
• Develop technical documentation, SOWs, and best practices
