Help Desk - Tier II

Pay From: $35.00/hr - $43.00/hr

Schedule:

10:00AM – 10:00PM (2 days on, 3 days off (with 2 weeks notice on shift sched))

• Active Secret Clearance required
• Experienced Tier II Helpdesk Specialist
• 3-5+ years of professional Help Desk Tier II experience
• 3-5+ years of Active Directory experience
• 3 years of experience supporting security applications (VMS, Client, PSIM, SNMP devices)
• Microsoft Windows / Microsoft SQL Server & Reporting experience
• Basic networking protocols / Electronic Security Systems (Client, IDS, CCTV)
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)

• Provide Tier II operations center support for security and IT applications including video management systems, access control systems, SNMP devices, and PSIM platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues from Tier I support.
• Review work orders and validate troubleshooting steps completed by Tier I technicians.
• Perform software repair, diagnostic testing, and system analysis.
• Utilize remote desktop tools to access and resolve user issues.
• Research and develop solutions for new or unknown technical problems.
• Collaborate with Tier III support and development teams to analyze system code and data.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high customer service standards.
