Manager, Product Management – Document Intelligence

Capital One seeks a Product Manager to define the future of unstructured document data across the enterprise. The role will leverage GenAI and machine learning to automate document data extraction, partner with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deploy new experiences to agents and associates, and lead the scaling of these extraction capabilities.

• Lead the scaling of extraction capabilities to reduce operational expenses and cognitive load.
• Drive the overarching unstructured data strategy, ensuring data is easy to use, understand, and govern.
• Operate at the intersection of AI innovation, product data strategy, and enterprise-scale execution.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to solve customer problems and maintain alignment across the organization.

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• Currently holds or is pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• Comfortable working with AI and data-driven product teams.

Base salary ranges by location:
Chicago, IL – $149,800–$171,000;
McLean, VA – $164,800–$188,100;
New York, NY – $179,700–$205,100;
Richmond, VA – $149,800–$171,000. Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation. Capital One offers a comprehensive benefits package.
