Position Overview

Sr Manager, Product Management – Risk Management Product at Capital One. This role involves re‑imagining the status quo, creating value through technology and driving innovative, sustainable customer experiences.

In the Risk Management Product team we are on a mission to transform risk management with technology. The Sr Manager will work in a close‑knit "Product Trio" alongside Engineering and Design, empowering rapid delivery of complex solutions for internal users. An AI‑first mindset is encouraged, using tools such as Gemini and Windsurf to accelerate discovery and delivery.

• Basic Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in Product Management; holds or will obtain one of the following before the start date:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
