Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management, systems engineering, or product development roles.
  • Experience leading large, cross‑functional technical programs from concept through delivery.
Technical Competencies
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proficient in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops  practices, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability engineering principles.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, MS Project).
Program Leadership & Execution
  • Own program planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and overall execution.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, cybersecurity, and leadership teams.
  • Build and maintain detailed program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues with a proactive approach.
  • Ensure delivery of technical capabilities that meet requirements for quality, security, and compliance.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional discussions to resolve technical and programmatic conflicts.
  • Prepare program dashboards, status reports, and decision‑ready briefing materials.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all program communications.
Strategic & Analytical Skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate trade‑offs, and drive data‑informed decisions.
  • Support long‑term technical strategy, capability road mapping, and resource planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance tactical execution with strategic direction.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead matrixed teams without direct authority; influence technical and business partners.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor teams on program discipline, requirements quality, and execution best practices.

The likely salary range for this position is $138,063 - $186,791. Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
