Solution Engineer - AI & Data Integration - US Federal

About the Role

AI & Data Integration Solution Engineer, Global Public Sector team, supporting the US Federal region. Focus on bridging legacy systems to agentic AI solutions for government customers.

• Collaborate with account executives, customers, and partners to formulate comprehensive technical account strategies and secure technical wins.
• Lead activities supporting the sales process, including product demonstrations, technical workshop delivery, architecture strategy sessions, and other customer engagements.
• Conduct holistic discovery, define the “data-to-agentic-AI journey,” and design compliant, AI‑ready architectures that deliver actionable insights from disparate data silos and enable intelligent autonomous agents.
• Serve as a trusted advisor navigating API management, real‑time data unification, advanced analytics, and intelligent agentic systems.
• Bridge the gap between legacy system connectivity and modern mission outcomes.

• B.S. or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in solution engineering, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.
• Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of relational database and web technology; experience with APIs and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in government/regulatory environments (e.g., FedRAMP High, IL4/5/6) preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments.

• Deep experience in integration (Mule Soft), data analytics (Tableau), or unified data management (Data 360) plus agentic AI platforms.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with agentic AI solutions, including designing or deploying intelligent agents, LLM integration strategies, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, or Retrieval‑Augmented Generation patterns.
• Certifications:
  
  Mule Soft Certified Architect, Tableau Desktop/Server Specialist, Salesforce Data 360 Consultant, AI Associate credentials, or equivalent.
• Experience with Public‑Sector/DoD compliance (FedRAMP, IL4/5/6) and common government data silos.
• US citizenship required.

3months:
Complete onboarding courses and certifications for Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, Data
360, Tableau, and agentic AI capabilities.

12months:
Serve as lead architect on complex, multi‑cloud data and agentic AI opportunities, drive higher win rates, and mentor account teams.
