- Lead discovery and service design efforts to uncover real user and operational needs
- Drive implementation of cloud-native platforms and modernization of applications
- Champion automation, standardization, and self-service to improve how teams build and deliver

- Navigate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs with clarity and confidence
- Build, mentor, and grow high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
Required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience leading technology delivery, programs, or consulting engagements

- Experience with solution architecture and service design in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with human-centered design methods (e.g., discovery, journey mapping, service blueprinting)
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, integration patterns, and containerized environments
- Ability to translate complex needs into practical, scalable solutions
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
