Delivery Methodology is looking for a senior product analyst to join the team that is dedicated to improving delivery and operational excellence through metrics across the enterprise.

• Integral part of our data analytics product team to collaborate with product owner and consumers to drive roadmap/vision and improvement for analytics, metrics and reports.
• Work with consumers to capture requirements and translate them into development stories based on a thorough understanding of delivery metrics for both Scrum and Kanban teams across the organization. Drive continuous improvements from the business and best practices, evaluate priority and communicate feasibility and timeline for expected delivery of new functionalities.
• Collaborate with other software developers, analysts, leads and business partners. Continuously enhance skills and be innovative in providing enhanced solutions to problems at hand.
• Demonstrate ownership of problems, issues, or requests from start to finish and facilitate appropriate hand-offs.
• Document technical design, customer agreements to solution or implementation approach, and detailed requirements in the form of user stories whenever applicable.
• Perform data analysis and JQL as needed to support current state or impact assessments for enhancement requests.
• Participate in systems integration test (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting bugs and/or test results.
• Connect with customers to follow through once solutions are fully implemented in production or alternative solutions are identified that do not require system implementation for acceptance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience; advanced studies and degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with engineering software or analytic solutions for business and operational capabilities.
• Solid experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Modern Tools:
  Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket - required), preferred but optional - Jfrog Artifactory, Kubernetes, Spinnaker, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, Git Hub.
• Strong JQL knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; responsible for interfacing and influencing with business lines as well as others across IT.
• Proven analytical ability and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑starter; collaborative; problem‑solver.
• Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, handle priorities.
• Proficient in documenting and communicating ideas clearly.
• Ability to resolve issues in a non‑confrontational manner.

• Hands‑on experience in Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Firm knowledge of Agile Dev Ops.
