Dynatrace Engineer

Experience needed: Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including dashboard creation, APM, monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis within enterprise production environments.

This is a hands‑on Dynatrace Engineer role focused on building dashboards, delivering actionable monitoring insights, and improving observability across complex enterprise systems.

You'll be responsible for configuring and managing Dynatrace environments, supporting production monitoring, and working closely with application, infrastructure, cloud, and SRE teams to identify and resolve performance issues.

The role will also involve creating executive‑level reporting and dashboards that provide meaningful operational and business insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and maintain Dynatrace dashboards and management‑level reports
• Configure and manage Dynatrace monitoring across applications, services, and infrastructure
• Support proactive monitoring, alerting, and anomaly detection
• Perform root cause analysis using Dynatrace AI and distributed tracing capabilities
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to resolve performance and availability issues
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights for leadership teams
• Support incident management, production monitoring, and post‑incident reviews

• Strong hands‑on experience with the Dynatrace platform
• Experience creating dashboards, custom charts, and executive reporting
• Strong understanding of APM and application performance troubleshooting
• Experience with Smartscape, Data Explorer, Metrics, Logs, and Events
• Knowledge of synthetic monitoring, alerting, and incident triage
• Experience deploying and configuring Dynatrace One Agents
• Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience working within enterprise or highly available production environments
