Position: Financial Crimes Data Analytics, Compliance Manager (Hybrid - 3 days in office - VA)

We seek a proactive individual who can drive the design, implementation and execution of data and technology solutions and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You will work with stakeholders across divisions with a collaborative and partnership mindset.

Our Impact
  • Drive efficiency and impact through self‑service analytics using BI tools and other data science techniques
  • Provide information and data to support management and regulatory reporting
  • Deliver standard metrics and reports, while innovating on new ways to access information and perform data analytics
  • Explore opportunities for integrating Financial Crimes data across applications to support reporting, fraud identification and investigations
  • Support the technology infrastructure that drives the Financial Crimes Program
Your Impact
  • Deliver data and analytics solutions through calculation of indicators and data monitoring activities
  • Use SQL, R/Python to deliver views to support business decisions
  • Design and deliver reports using data visualization, analytics, and BI reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, etc.
  • Implement automated analysis to support reporting and continuous monitoring
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories for Financial Crimes application development and implementation
  • Perform data quality reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Math, Computer Science, Information Technology); advanced degree preferred
  • Data Science, Data Governance and Financial Crimes experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Financial Crimes detection preferred
  • Ability to extract and perform analytics through SQL and R/Python
  • Proven experience with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Financial Crimes related certifications (e.g. CFE, ACAMS) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to apply curiosity and critical thinking and turn data mining, analytics, and business requirements into business solutions and supporting decisioning
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards
  • Previous experience in Compliance or Risk Management is a plus

FLSA Status:
Exempt

Annualized market‑based salary range: $115,000 – $173,000. Eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. Final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
