Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with:
  • Python (basic to intermediate level)
  • Power BI (dashboards, reporting, analytics)
  • WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and/or Project Management
• Strong technical writing experience (IT/Engineering documentation)
• General GenAI knowledge and practical experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology
• Solid understanding of:
  • IT infrastructure
  • Networking fundamentals
• Ability to manage projects, deliverables, and incentives using a WBS framework

• Experience translating technical concepts into clear documentation
• Exposure to enterprise IT environments
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, requirements, and specifications
• Support project planning and execution using WBS methodologies
• Build and analyze reports/dashboards using Power BI
• Leverage Python for data handling, automation, or reporting support
• Apply GenAI concepts/tools where applicable to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
