In BC&P, we are looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for Al. While formal on-the-job experience with Al is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated Al into their personal projects, explored Al-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot), or built automations using Al agents. Show us how you've used Al to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.

About the Role:

Data and technology are two core enablers to creating great products and experiences. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Data Integrations team to help us lay the foundation for both. In this position, you will develop and deliver the strategy for how business owners connect their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to Capital One for enhanced customer experiences.

You will also lead our ERP data innovation agenda, collaborating with partners across the organization to determine how we can use this data and AI to deliver more value for customers and propel the organization's growth. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to partner with newly acquired fintech Brex to develop our ERP destination strategy. Basic Qualifications:

* At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

* A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

* A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
