* Be a key member of the BD team who works on top pursuits and contributes to company growth
* Self starter who is able to successfully build teams and implement Win Strategy
* Meet with customers to learn their key requirements and show how AMERICAN SYSTEMS can meet their needs
* Work across the company to develop and implement win strategies to increase competitive advantages on bids and best position AMERICAN SYSTEMS
* Leads and negotiates teaming agreements and strategic alliances
* Work with the Solutions team to develop competitive solutions that meet customer requirements and hit the Price to Win
* Advise and support other capture efforts by supporting color team reviews
* Understanding of legislative process
* Existing relationships with outside stakeholders to include key customers and community stakeholders Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant business, technical, or professional field of study
* 10 years total experience in federal government procurement
* Proven track record of successful captures in Government Contracting Pay Transparency Statement AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $17,500.00/Yr.
- USD $28,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
