• Collaborate with team members and cross‑departmental partners to establish and maintain SRE practice in an Agile Scrum framework.
• Participate in system design reviews to identify points of failure, promote automation and self‑healing.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure efficiency, testability, and scalability.
• Participate in incident management ceremonies to analyze the root cause and steps to mitigate future occurrences and reduce downtime.
• Create and maintain relevant documentation for systems and processes.

• BA/BS Degree. In lieu of degree Four (4) years additional experience will be needed.
• Minimum Four(4) to Eight (8) years of experience in IT administration, software engineering, or platform engineering, with a focus on datacenter infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• 1+ years of experience deploying and managing enterprise cloud technologies, with a focus on AWS.
• 2+ years of experience using CI/CD and IaC tools, such as Terraform, Git Lab, Artifactory, and Packer.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Power Shell, Bash) and automation technologies, with a preference for Python.
• High proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, including networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify solutions to complex problems and think logically through challenging situations.
• Experience in mentoring roles, particularly in guiding teams through complex technical challenges and promoting a Dev Ops culture.
• Proficiency working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, deploying, and supporting cloud‑based systems, with knowledge of monitoring, logging, security, and scalability.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, and a high level of integrity and accountability.
• Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, Packer, Artifactory and Terraform.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools and Git Lab.
• Proficient with Source Control best practices.
• Proficient with scripting languages, Bash, Power Shell, Python.
• Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder.
• No visa sponsorship available for this position.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

• Current or previous government contract experience.
• Red Hat/CompTIA certifications.

The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
