Position Overview

We are looking for a business intelligence and report development expert to join our dynamic team! We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, a fast learner with a strong data and technology background, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. We need someone who can work cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders and empower others to effect change with persuasive communications.

• Drive efficiency and impact through self‑service analytics using BI tools
• Provide information and data for the business to consume and improve their business
• Deliver standard reports while innovating on new ways to access information and methods for analyzing the data
• Explore new ways of integrating ERM data with other systems for comprehensive views of information
• Present historical data clearly to facilitate strategic decisions

• Deliver technical solutions
• Using SQL, R/Python (tool of your choice) to deliver views to support business decisions
• Architect and document data warehouse solutions using data modeling
• Design and deliver reports using data visualization, analytics, and BI reporting tools like Tableau, Micro Strategy, Alteryx, Power BI, etc.
• Follow reporting development life cycle
• Business requirement gathering and translating it into user stories
• Meeting business objectives
• Ability to validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy

• Bachelor's Degree in related field (Math, Computer Science, Information Technology) – advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of related experience
• Risk experience is preferred
• Data Governance experience is preferred
• Ability to wrangle data in SQL and R/Python
• Proven experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• Creative problem solving ability
• Previous experience in risk management is a plus

• Ability to operate as a self‑motivated, pro‑active, and result‑driven problem solver with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner of new technologies, tools, concepts and ability to translate them to challenge the status quo
• Maintain positive attitude, be flexible, and be a curious learner

Compensation & Benefits:
This position has an annualized market‑based salary range of $98,000 - $148,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
