Senior Capture Manager

Immediate need for a Senior Capture Manager who will create and implement a defense and military strategy for identifying promising new business opportunities and turning those opportunities into new business for the company.

• Lead all aspects of the pre-award capture lifecycle in Defense and Military, including opportunity identification, research, teaming conversations, negotiations, and proposal leadership (working closely with a proposal team).
• Collaborate with a fast-paced team in a dynamic workload; ex-military candidates are welcome.

• Experience capturing accounts, forming teams, and growing business with Federal and DoD government (7+ years preferred).
• Experience with the full lifecycle of capture efforts, including opportunity identification and qualification, RFP analysis and bid/no bid, teaming and negotiations, and proposal development.
• Understanding of federal sales and business development methodology and ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced capture process.
• Knowledge of the federal agency landscape with strong contacts within relevant Federal IT and Intel Industry groups to facilitate strategic teaming.
• Experience managing capture efforts for large IDIQ contracts (e.g., GSA OASIS+, GSA Alliant, GSA MAS, VA T4NG or similar); ability to develop IDIQ capture strategies and organize efforts for maximum efficiency.
• Ability to lead research to build a deep capture pipeline and prioritize efforts to maximize return; meet fast-paced timelines (including tight deadlines).
• Experience building relationships within Industry and Government; ability to mentor Capture Analysts.
• U.S. citizen requiring no sponsorship, with ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. Active DoD Secret Clearance preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, business, management, engineering, or a field relevant to Federal/Defense contracting.
