M365 Platform Engineer
Join a growing M365 platform engineering team supporting enterprise-scale collaboration, productivity, compliance, and automation services across a complex multi-segment environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across a broad technology portfolio, influence engineering standards, support strategic platform initiatives, and help scale secure, resilient, and well-governed services that enable the business. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
WhatYou’ll Work On
- Engineer and support solutions across core M365 platform workloads, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Purview, and Power Platform
- Contribute to architecture, engineering, and operational governance for platform services
- Support complex incident resolution, change implementation, and service improvements
- Partner across engineering, support, cybersecurity, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Contribute to standards, documentation, and repeatable engineering practices
- Support strategic initiatives related to automation, governance, collaboration, and platform modernization
- 8+ years of experience with enterprise engineering, including in multiple M365 workloads
- Experience with collaboration, messaging, content, and compliance technologies
- Experience with technical problem-solving and systems-level troubleshooting
- Experience supporting or leading complex technical initiatives, escalations, or engineering work streams
- Experience with change governance, operational standards, and structured service management processes
- Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to display technical leadership in a complex enterprise environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Power Platform, automation, or scripting, such as Power Shell
- Experience with enterprise governance, architecture, or operating model development
- Experience mentoring others or coordinating technical work across teams
- Experience with platforms such as Service Now or Jira
- Experience supporting regulated, high-security, or complex enterprise environments
- Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft 365 Certified:
Administrator Expert or other relevant Microsoft certification(s) preferred
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
