Senior Associate Product Manager – US Card Core Platforms & Servicing

Responsibilities

• Platform & Data Modernization:
  Partner with Tech and Data Engineering to decommission legacy systems, refine next‑generation data products, and build robust foundational data capabilities.
• Strategic Road mapping:
  Define the MVP, prioritize the post‑migration backlog, and build airtight business cases for each initiative.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership:
  Act as the bridge between Business Analysts, Tech, Ops, Risk, and Design to deliver transformative customer outcomes.
• Risk & Controls Management:
  Design and implement a modernized suite of preventative controls directly into our platform architecture.
• Human Centered:
  Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identify research needs, and drive feature design focused on user experience.
• Business Focused:
  Apply hypothesis‑driven assessment of data to ensure products deliver real business value and prioritize feature roadmaps.
• Technology Driven:
  Work autonomously in an agile environment, conduct research, and develop features that leverage new and evolving technology.
• Transformational Leadership:
  Participate in horizontal forums, build trusted relationships across teams, and articulate a succinct product roadmap to stakeholders.

• Basic:
  Bachelor’s degree or military experience; at least 1 year of product management experience (or equivalent in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering).
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering; 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer‑facing digital products; 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences; 1+ years acting as product owner in a cross‑functional agile team.
