In BC&P, we are looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. As the Sr. Director leading our Martech domain, you will be at the forefront of a mission focused on driving growth through game-changing products and capabilities.

In this role, you will turn real-time data into a competitive advantage, leveraging the power of platforms to drive higher conversion and dramatically accelerate our Go-To-Market velocity. you will be engineering a high-velocity engine of growth that transforms sophisticated technology into intuitive customer value at scale.

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

• At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management.
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field).
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
